Society Announcement: The Sad Passing of Trevor Stebbings:

It is with great sadness that we have to report the death of Trevor Stebbings on the 1st February 2021, peacefully at his home.

Due to the current situation there will be a private family funeral.

Trevor had his home and business life in the village of Grimston in Norfolk. Besides the farm he also had a garage in the village and a public house in the locality. Around 1980 Trevor and Kate established the Grimston fen Aberdeen-Angus herd and continued until a few year’s ago. He knew the type of cattle he wanted to breed and stayed with those bloodline’s and found a good market in his area for breeding cattle which were always very calm. Apart from the home life he was secretary of the Anglian Aberdeen-Angus club for many year’s. Exhibited at several shows in the area and invariably offered plenty of hospitality to other breeders at the various shows. When Trevor and Kate lost their son Andrew, along with John and Marion Tilson founded the ‘Youth Development Programme’.
