Postponement Notice

Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society – J.C Lister Farms

Open Day – Little Givendale Farm, Ripon North Yorkshire 10th June 2020

In conjunction with JC Lister Farms who we are grateful to for the kind offer of the farm for an open day to show what Aberdeen-Angus cattle can deliver as a commercial entity that we need to postpone the planned open day scheduled for the 10th of June 2020.

This is owing to the current health situation that the country and the world are in now, we both consider the event as a non-essential meeting and therefore safer for all concerned that we should not progress this year.
We will however look to bring the event back next year at around the same time with the agreement of JC Lister Farms and hope to have better prevailing circumstance that will allow us to showcase the herd and promote the Aberdeen-Angus Breed and Brand.

Our thanks go to the trade stands who had booked places for the day and hopefully we can count on your support again next year. Also, thanks to Peter Orton farm manager and David Lister for their time given to the event this year and Natalie Cormack for her organisational skills to date.
