The Aberdeen-Angus Wedderlie Herd is celebrating its centenary with an open day on the 16th August. The event takes place from 10am – 5pm at Wedderlie in Berwickshire where there will be practical demonstrations, a stockjudging competition, sheepdog demonstrations and a barbecue featuring Wedderlie beef by The Buffalo Farm.
There is also a Charity Auction in aid of Macmillan Nurses and RSABI of a Wedderlie Heifer, 4 ball round of golf at the Roxburghe Golf Course and other selected items.
