On the final day of the World Angus Forum for 2017, our international delegates had the option of attending United Auctions at Stirling Mart or taking in a visit to Stirling Castle. In the afternoon, the grand finale of the World Angus Forum took place at Netherton Farm including a tour of the HW Angus and Netherton Angus herds, where there was another great show of cattle on display.
We were treated to a finale dinner at the event, for which the steaks were kindly provided by Scotbeef to whom we extend our whole-hearted appreciation for their continued support. Chef Andre De Luca flew over from Brazil specifically to cook for the event, and we’d like to thank him for the great job he did to help contribute to a great meal. We must also thank Gourlay Catering who provided us with our excellent starters, sides and desserts for the meal. Woodwinters were also present supplying the bar for the evening, so a huge thank you is extended their way too. We’d also like to thank all other suppliers and magnificent sponsors who helped contribute to a magnificent day, and a special thank you to all at Netherton and HW Angus for what was the finale the event truly deserved.
