Judging is underway at Carlisle with Mark Wattie taking to the ring to deliberate over today’s classes. Winning the first class of bulls was Thrunton Rembrandt N627 (lot 3) from the Campbell family, second Balgay Finley N264 (lot 3A), from I and S Graham, while third was Briarbank Fellaini N015 (lot 2) from Albert Taylor.
Standing top of the class two was Netherton Marvel P796 (lot 5) from William McLaren, second was CS Addison’s Castlegate Franz Ferdinand P057 (lot 9) and Highland Wagyu’s Jerusalem Lord Jodrell P292 (lot 8) stood third.
Balgay Golodhrim P323 (lot 17A) stood first in class three for I and S Graham, second was Rull Equity P171 (lot 17) from EA and MC Jones, with J Gilmour and Co’s Belhaven Dunkirk P092 in third.
Winning the penultimate class was Alan Lawson’s Hallington Lord Hanson P433 (lot 19), second was Tree Bridge Langham P488 from David Evans, while Jerusalem Lord Houdini P316 stood third.
John Elliot’s Rawburn Blackbird N718 (lot 27) won the female class, second was Rull Evita L127 (lot 40) from EA and MC Jones, while third went to S and S Medley’s Saville Kim P080.
Netherton Marvel P796 (lot 5) from William McLaren has taken the overall championship today. Reserve was Hallington Lord Hanson P433 (lot 19) from Alan Lawson.
