The Irish Aberdeen-Angus Association will be hosting a social event and dinner to mark the presentation of the President’s Award at the Mullingar Park Hotel, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath on Saturday, December 1st at 6pm. The President’s award is one of the highest honours afforded by the Irish Aberdeen-Angus Association and this year’s recipient is Mr. Louis Bryne, Tomriland, Annamoe, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Louis has been a driving force within the Irish Aberdeen-Angus Association for many years, having previously served as President of the Irish Aberdeen-Angus Association as well as acting as master judge at some of the biggest and most prestigious shows and sales across the country. In addition to the presentation of the President’s Award, medals will also be formally presented to the breeders who won breed championships at the various summers shows over the last few months. All in all, it promises to be an enjoyable and entertaining evening and offers the Irish Aberdeen-Angus membership a prime opportunity to socialize, renew old friendships and celebrate the close of another busy and productive year in style!
