Carrying on her success from Balmoral when she was reserve junior champion, Coolermoney Rosanna R482 from Adrian and Graeme Parke took the top spot at Limavady Show under judge John Henning of the Drumcorn herd.

As well as her Balmoral win, this February 2015-born Netherton Americano M703 daughter was a class winner at Castlewellan Show and Antrim Show.

Netherton genetics were also behind the reserve champion which was Michael Lagan’s yearling bull, Old Glenort Edward R406. By Netherton Kiwi Sam A141, this one was a class winner at Ballymena and champion at Ballymoney.

Commenting on his entry on the day, judge John Henning said: “It was a quality entry of Aberdeen-Angus cattle forward at Limavady Show with an impressive yearling heifer from Coolermoney leading as champion with her stature, style and ring presence giving her the advantage over a stout young bull from Macknagh Mills in reserve.”
