The Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Communications & Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Aberdeen-Angus breed is proven worldwide to produce meat of superior eating quality combined with economic and environmental sustainability. This role will play a critical role in sustaining this leading edge by managing and coordinating the Society’s communication and marketing efforts across multiple platforms including National and International trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, and event management, with a passion for the livestock industry and specifically the Aberdeen-Angus breed.
Key responsibilities will be to enhance the society’s brand image, executing effective communication strategies, and ensuring successful participation in trade shows and industry events. Integral to the role will be the engagement with society members, stakeholders, and industry partners, together with budget management and handling the society’s media relations.
This is an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Chief Executive and the Marketing Committee. Based in Central Perth, with free parking on-site, this is a full-time position.
