The Cragg herd has 2 maiden heifers (July & August 2017) for sale, a 3 year old cow along with a young bull (June 2017). There are also other cows for sale and will have some autumn calvers for sale with calves at foot in September.  Details follow:

The bull is:

Cragg Lord Leopold T143 (pictured above) d.o.b 03/06/2017 by Jerusalem Galileo R336 out of Cragg Lady Layla (by Netherallan Peter Pershore).  Layla is the dam of Cragg Lord Leviathan S132, native beefbreeder champion at the RHAS 2018.  Weighed 716kg 04/07/2018.

The heifers are:

Cragg Minnevora Belle T146 (pictured below) d.o.b 24/07/17by Oakchurch Evor  N123 out of Cragg Minnie Belle R126 (by Cragg Mr Bolivian). 

Cragg Lady Leonora T148 by d.o.b 22/08/2017 by Jerusalem Galileo R336 out of Cragg Lady Lilliana (by Netherton Fergie)

The cow is:

Cragg Minnie Belle R126, (dam of Cragg Minnevora Belle T146) d.o.b 13/06/2015 by Cragg Mr Bolivian out of Cragg Minneola Belle M096 (by Rawburn End Point H827) She is currently running with Saville Frank and will be sold scanned well in calf.   

Jerusalem Galileo R336 was calf champion at the National Calf Show at Carlisle in 2015 and reserve junior and male junior champion at the National Aberdeen-Angus Show in 2016 as a yearling. Cragg Minneola Belle, dam of the cow for sale and granddam of the heifer, is out of the 2008 Great Yorkshire Show supreme champion.   

Other cows for sale are all 6 years and under and have been retained because they have great pedigrees and produce good calves every year, but have manageable bits and pieces wrong with them. They are therefore offered with all issues totally honestly described and appropriately priced. These cows may prove to be an absolute bargain and it is with great sadness that they are being parted with.
