Gemma promised us that she’d let us know as soon as she had calves hitting the ground, and with three so far, Gemma says she’s feeling pretty lucky as they’ve all been heifers thus far, so she is hoping they can be the basis for her future herd. All three calved without any assistance and were outside the very next day. With three more to calve, fingers crossed they calve well like the other three.
