Transformer son sells at 5000gns

The first of the bigger money bulls from John and Tina Gilmour was Belhaven Popinjay H068 (lot 106). By Rawburn Transformer, he is out of Wedderlie Popart C592 and has a milk figure of +18 and a SRI of +55 and knocked down at 5000gns to commercial producers Longford Farms, Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The first red bull of the day Logie Red Eagle H664 (lot 112) from Messrs Bruce and Partners, has knocked down at 5000gns to Simmental breeder Robin Forest, Preston. This one is by Nightingale Poldark E287.

From Stewart and Colin Montgomery, Lorabar Phantom H318 (lot 116), by Wedderlie Eroseric C618, has gone at 4200gns to Wilson Bros, Alnick, Northumberland.
