Ravenfield Evita wins Driffield Show

It was a change round from usual judging proceedings as Messrs J F and S Heath’s two year old heifer Ravenfield Evita, who has had to settle for reserve championship on previous occassions, finally got her chance to shine at Driffield Show (July 22).

This Linburn Exhubernat daughter out of Rosemead Evita took the championship ahead of her biggest rival from this year, Blelack Eldorado from Chris Page. This bull was champion at Newark and at Otley and is by Nightingale Ernie out of Eyrie X23 of Blelack.
