Nine year old Sam Matchett takes first breed championship

Young Aberdeen-Angus fanatic Sam Matchett, Portadown, notched up his first breed championship of the season at Omagh Show with his super heifer Carrigroe D Lady. This heifer was one part of the winning pairs duo at Balmoral Show, and looked every inch a champion at the County Tyrone Show.

In Reserve position was Adrian Parkes with his yearling bull Laheens Eugene who has been picking up red rosettes at most of the local shows this season.
