Clougher Enoch leads Aberdeen-Angus trade at 7600gns at Dungannon

Leading Male at Dungannon
There may have been only 15 bulls present at yesterday’s (April 20) sale of Aberdeen-Angus cattle at Dungannon Farmers Market, but that didn’t prevent a top call of 7600gns and an average of £2406 for 12 bulls sold.
Leading trade was the much admired Clougher Enoch G524 from Bushmills-based David Chestnutt, son of peading pedigree beef and sheep producer Victor Chestnutt. This June 2007 son of Fordel Eisenhower Y423 is out of Dacre Elaine A034. He was tapped out as reserve male champion under judge Ivor Anderson, Co Cavan, and later sold for 7600gns to new breeder Mike Frazer, Ballyclare, Co Antrim.
