This year’s sale champion under Jim  Logan, Lockerley Kougar H897 from the Van Geest family of Lockerley Hall Farms has just failed to sell at 5000gns. By Lockerley Rocky E501, he is out of Lockerley Kruz Princess.

Just following him, the reserve overall champion Eastfield Black Bandit, from Ewan Brewis, has just knocked down at 11,000gns to Mr Harkess, Orkney. This one is by Rawburn Rochester E424 and is out of Eastfield Blackbird and sold to Mr Harcus, Orkney.

The reserve senior champion, Newton-Struthers Eric H173, from Messrs A and K Rhind by Retanach Pirate C464 has knocked down at 3500gns to Donald Biggar.

The intermediate champion Auldhouseburn Fergus H365 from Hugh Blackwood has followed at 6000gns to Terry Coghill, Orkney. This one is by Duncanziemere Judge E188 and is out of The Moss Fenanna C342.

The reserve intermediate champion Perkhill Emperor H011 from Alex and Philippa Davie by Rosemount Black Knight has gone at 6800gns to JS McLaren and Son, Ballinluig, Pitlochry.
