Blelack Eldorardo takes reserve male interbreed at Ryedale Show

Having his best show yet, Chris Page was delighted to take the reserve male spot in the interbreed classes at Ryedale Show on the 28th July with his senior bull Blelack Eldorado, by Nightingale Ernie.

He was judged by a panel and told the Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society: “This was a great achievement to get anywhere in an interbreed which is often dominated by Continental breeds, it’s probably been our best show to date.”

He was tapped out as the breed’s champion under stand in judge Mick Gurling, who had to step in as Karl Hancock couldn’t make it. Standing reserve was James and Victoria Brooks’ Yorkshire champion Bon Lea Petrinella, a July 07 daughter of Wedderlie Prestique.
