Please note that when sending your tissue samples to Identigen, the following should be done:

1)      ENSURE THE CORRECT POSTAGE IS APPLIED. A MINIMUM OF A FIRST CLASS LARGE STAMP IS REQUIRED.  

2)      WRITE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE BACK OF THE ENVELOPE (RETURN ADDRESS).

3)      COMPLETE THE POSTCARD AND ENCLOSE WITH YOUR SAMPLES.
