A very well supported Fettercairn show with cattle numbers in excess of 20 saw judge Richard Thomson, Speyview Lagganbridge Newtonmore select John Steel’s cow, Cardona Proud Isla G475, as his overall champion. Shown with a Mosston Muir Mr Angus L288 at foot, this outfit was champion at Fife show and Angus. Isla is by Eastifeld Fusilier D373 and is out of a Lockerely Eastern Cruz A093 daughter. 

The reserve championship went to Graham Willox with he second prize cow, Moston Muir Ingrid L289, a Mosston Muir Elgin J323 daughter out of a KMK Alliance dam. 

The male and reserve male championship went to Ken Howie with Cairnton Phillanderer M333 and Cairnton Elder Bentley R393, respectively.
