Central Club to visit Ballindalloch20 June 2016
This year the Central Club's trip is scheduled for Ballindalloch Castle on Sunday 3rd July to see their Angus herd.
Farm manager David Johnstone has kindly agreed to have us for the day to see the cattle and also do a couple of classes of stock judging for us as well.
Included on the day will be a morning tour of Ballindalloch Castle. After the tour if you wish to have a spot of lunch there is café on site at the castle. We will proceed onto the farm for our tour of the herd in the afternoon.
At present we have a 30 seater coach booked and we would obviously like to fill the coach. We would hope that a few youngsters could join in as stock judging points will go towards the Club's youth shield for this year.
Pick up points as follows:
7am Forfar Myre Car park
7.30am Alyth square outside Simms
7.45am Coupar Angus Red House
8.15/30am Perth Broxden Park and ride
Then onward to Ballindalloch hopefully arriving 10.30/11.00am
Tour of castle, lunch then onto farm for 1.00/2.00pm
If any changes are to be made you will be notified in due course.
£15 per person
