Aberdeen-Angus beef salad makes its mark on the Great British Menu
Those of you who were following the BBC’s Great British Menu might want to try your hand at one of the dishes featured – the Aberdeen-Angus beef salad with carrots, horseradish and Shetland Black potato crisps, from chef Kenny Atkinson.
The recipe looks a little intense, but the outcome will surely be worth it and great for a little summer entertaining with freinds and family.
