Aberdeen-Angus cattle were strongly represented on the second day of judging as well at Newbury Show as Colin Hutchings won the native pairs class as well as the native group of three with members of his Kingsbrompton team.

Rull Frances best Aberdeen-Angus calf champion

Wining the best calf championship was the winner of the heifer calf class Rull Frances from Messrs E and M Jones and shown by Andrew House.

Belhaven Ruisseau takes female championship

Tapped out as the female champion by Neil Massie was Belhaven Ruisseau from John Gilmour. This February 2008 heifer was greatly admired by Mr Massie for her stretch, power and style in the show ring.

Belhaven Ruisseau wins yearling heifer class

Jerusalem Diana leads two year old heifer class

The much admired Jerusalem Diana from Bryan and Linda Ronan, shown by Carol Rettie, has just won the two year old heifer class. By Jerusalem Faraday, Diana is shown three months in calf to Blackstock.
