Tully Angus offering tops at €5100

Top in the Aberdeen-Angus offering at the Elite Tully Bull sale on Monday was a €5100 bid for a bull by Rawburn Rommel from Fintan Keown, Belleek, Co Fermanagh

Buoyant trade lifts mood at Carrick-On- Shannon

Dungannon tops at 4200gns

Aberdeen-Angus bulls led the way at this week’s native breeds show and sale, hosted by Dungannon Farmers’ Mart. Prices soared to a top of 4200gns and 11 bulls changed hands to average £2415 – an increase of £339 on the same period last year.

Bristol sale hits 4650gns top price

Bulls sold to a peak of 4650gns at yesterday’s Southern Spring Show and sale at Bristol, with the sale gaining an international flavour after one bull sold to Canada.
